    We understand that time at home is very important, so we give all our team drivers the option to spend their weekly reset at home, typically on the weekend. 

    Want more time off?  Run with us for 5 weeks straight, (still getting your reset at home) and get the 6th week off!  

    We are currently offering a $12,000 split sign-on bonus to teams ($6,000 to each driver), paid out in three payments over your first year at Mohawk.  On top of that, our teams can make up to $200,000 a year, collectively, and still see their families every week!

    Qualifications

    • Must be at least 23 years of age
    • Must have a minimum of 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
    • Must possess a valid class A commercial driver’s license (CDL)
    • Must pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, road test, and physical agility assessment
    • Must meet all FMSCR regulations Parts 383 and 391
